Join Michelle Mullen for an outdoor Yoga practice. During our practice, we'll explore the theme of Gratitude as we combine gentle yoga poses with breathing exercises and restorative postures to stretch and strengthen the body, reduce stress and calm the mind. Please bring a yoga mat or towel with you as well as any props you may want to use (i.e. blocks, bolster). FYI - It may be cool off the lake, please dress accordingly!
