Join Matthew Post, Director of Operations, and his team of experienced bakers at Colectivo Coffee's own Troubadour Bakery. Located in the Bayview neighborhood, Troubadour specializes in signature breads and partnering with local farms and producers around the Midwest. Attendees will learn about the history of Troubadour Bakery, the variety of careers within the operation, how the company connects to the world of science, and visit the bakery floor.

FYI the Milwaukee Art Museum has free admission today if you wanted to eat along the lakefront! Please leave ample time for parking and travel to be ready for the 1:30 Anchor Press, Paper, and Print experience.

Your tour will start at the House of RAD, a collaborative space for artists, entrepreneurs, and businesses. Participants will experience a linocut workshop and leave with a print you have designed.
