Multiple Instructional Methods and Modes for the Elementary Classroom

Adding variety to your instructional methods and modes allows you to personalize and be responsive to the needs of your learners. During this session, you will look at the differences between face-to-face, virtual, and blended modes of learning, and explore specific resources, such as must-do / may-do lists, choice boards, and playlists, to leverage in a variety of situations.

Learning Intentions:
  • Explore different modes of learning
  • Learn about a variety of instructional methods and their benefits
  • Explore how a shift in the roles of educators and learners can support the implementation of multiple instructional methods and modes
